(1) These Terms of Use apply to the use of the website citasolutions.de operated by Cita.Solutions UG (haftungsbeschränkt). The website serves to present the company, to present the products of Cita.Solutions UG (Cita.Events, Cita.Competition, Cita.Crew) and to enable contact.
(2) Distinction from the Cita.Events platform: The use of the Cita.Events platform (cita.events) – including the purchase of tickets, organiser registration, subscriptions and all related services – is governed exclusively by the platform Terms at https://cita.events/agb. These Terms of Use do not establish any contractual relationship for the use of the platform.

§ 3 Subject of services and use
(1) citasolutions.de provides information about the company and its products (Cita.Events, Cita.Competition, Cita.Crew) free of charge and offers a contact form for getting in touch.
(2) There is no entitlement to permanent availability of the website. Cita.Solutions UG reserves the right to restrict, modify or discontinue operation at any time without prior notice.
(3) Use of the website is limited to lawful purposes. The following are prohibited in particular:
- Automated access and scraping
- Use of the contact form for spam or unreasonable advertising
- Any use that violates applicable law or the rights of third parties
§ 4 Contact form
(1) The contact form serves exclusively to establish contact in connection with the offering of Cita.Solutions UG. There is no entitlement to a response within a specific period. We endeavour to reply within 24 hours (business days).
(2) Use of the contact form requires consent to the processing of data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
(3) Submitting a contact enquiry does not conclude any contract for the use of the Cita.Events platform.

(1) All content published on this website – in particular texts, graphics, logos and the visual appearance – is protected by copyright and is the property of Cita.Solutions UG or of licensed third parties.
(2) Any reproduction, editing, distribution or other exploitation of this content requires the prior written consent of Cita.Solutions UG, unless statutory limitations of copyright apply.
§ 6 Liability for own content
(1) The content of this website was created with the greatest possible care. However, Cita.Solutions UG accepts no warranty for the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of the content.
(2) As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content under the general laws pursuant to Section 7 (1) DDG (German Digital Services Act). However, we are under no obligation to monitor third-party information pursuant to Sections 8 to 10 DDG.
§ 7 Liability for external links
(1) This website contains links to external pages, in particular to the Cita.Events platform (cita.events). The respective operator is solely responsible for their content.
(2) At the time the links were created, the linked pages were checked for identifiable legal violations. Permanent monitoring cannot reasonably be expected without specific indications. If we become aware of any legal violations, the affected links will be removed without delay.
§ 8 Limitation of liability
(1) The liability of Cita.Solutions UG for damages arising from the use or unusability of this website is limited to intent and gross negligence, except where damages result from injury to life, body or health, or from the breach of material contractual obligations (cardinal obligations).
(2) In the case of a breach of material contractual obligations, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical of the contract, provided there is no intent or gross negligence.
(3) These limitations do not apply where special statutory provisions – in particular those under the Product Liability Act (Produkthaftungsgesetz) – are mandatorily applicable.
§ 9 Amendments to these Terms of Use
Cita.Solutions UG reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time. The version currently in force is available at citasolutions.de. Continued use of the website after an amendment is deemed to constitute acceptance of the amended version.
§ 10 Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
(1) The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
(2) The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms of Use is, to the extent legally permissible, Munich.
(3) For consumers within the meaning of Section 13 BGB (German Civil Code) who are habitually resident in an EU member state, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of their respective country of residence remain unaffected.
§ 11 Consumer dispute resolution and final provisions
(1) Cita.Solutions UG is neither obliged nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board (Section 36 VSBG), as the offering is aimed primarily at commercial customers and associations.
(2) Should individual provisions be or become wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. The invalid provision is deemed to be replaced by a valid one that comes closest to its economic purpose.
