Liability for content
As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on this platform in accordance with the general laws pursuant to § 7 (1) DDG. According to §§ 8 to 10 DDG, however, we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate unlawful activity.
Obligations to remove or block the use of information under the general laws remain unaffected by this. Liability in this respect is, however, only possible from the point in time at which we become aware of a specific infringement of the law. Upon becoming aware of any such infringements, we will remove the content concerned without delay.
